As I said, don't give them an opening. Assemble your team into a column formation. Keep your healer around a corner. Lock them down with stun / mute / charm effects. Try to keep multiple Raiju from charging your team at once. Pounce has a range limitation (3-4 spaces or something) and a delay so if you can keep your artillery sufficiently far back, they will charge your front-liner and give you a chance to kill them before they charge again. (Or give your team a chance to kill them if you are the front-liner).

Raiju aren't nearly as fragile as Raicho, but they're not exactly beefy.
