Ok, probably it is a mistake but I want to experiment a bit. I learned Firestarter and Tormentor and also realized that I don't have slot for Tireless. I guess I will replace Mob Cover with Dash later...
Goblin learned Chilling Touch from Huo shu, Malingee learned Throw Rock from Red cap, Zombie learned Throw Rock from Malingee, Freybug learned Tireless from Gandayah and I sacrificed Gandayah to gold matrix, got Mending and Cleans on Lifegiver Huo shu.
So currently it looks like this:

Strange, Zombie does not seem to use Dash. It throws a rock and then slowly walks to enemy instead of using Dash. I got Headless, that was easy with Mending and my fire attacks.

What is the best target for Ghost Bite? It should be something with high Str but such demons are usually in front line. Back line demons are busy doing other things. How long does Mended status last? Maybe I should give Ghost Bite to Huo shu?

Got a Faerie on Tower:3, disbanded Goblin. It looks like I don't need a fire-resistant monster with ice attack, I am such demon as well :)
There was a Zombie with Leech Bite and Poisonous Bite but I invested too much into my Zombie so I neglected to disband it. The faerie instantly got 8 ability slots from student's tome and Freybug taught Tireless to her.

Bye Zombie with 7 abilities, I needed a slot for Zar :( This is where I start to hate the game, disbanding demons makes me unhappy. I know I should plan in advance and don't give them too many abilities but it is extremely hard for me :(

Disbanded Freybug for Chindi, I didn't use the former much anyway. Going for Blood Rot and Corrupt combo as suggested.

Disbanded Malingee with 8 abilities :( to get Jiang Shi (Bloodthirst + Leech Bite should heal for 75% of dealt damage if I understand it properly)

Disbanded Red cap with 7 abilities for Ilomba :( Dazzling Gaze looks awesome.

I am a bit tired of disbanding my demons (and I guess I am doing it wrong again :() so here is an updated dump (all stat points were spent according to Ferret's recommendation: 2M, 1V, 1A, 1C). The run is probably my best, I found many monsters which I had never seen before. Dash saved my life vs 3 A..something, monsters with ranged Ice attack who were in group with 2 Faeries. I still don't know how I am going to kill them :( Probably luring them behind a corner and then using Headless with its rC+ and Infectious Bite supported by Mending and Healing might work.

Also I barely killed some Saint Easgs, having 5 demons with weakness to Light is not good. And now I have even 6 such demons :(
