Do Hybrid attacks count as both?

For ex. Avalanche, is it an impact & Ice attack? More specifically does it synergize with Auraward (i think it's called that, the skill that gives you elemental protection when using elemental attacks)

Abilities only count as actually being the type they list on tooltips, even if they have effects of multiple types, so unfortunately, Avalanche (which is Impact) does not trigger Auraward.
