Light and Dark Revamp

Yea I figured you'd have second thoughts on these attack powers. But putting humble down to 85 would make me always choose a different light ability since most of the time you'd only be able to use it once the entire battle

It's true you only get to use it once, but it's also virtually an automatic and requires no setup. Most of the others will tend to exclude some targets, require more work, or in the closest case Agony, have much longer redo timers (and lower Power besides.) I've been thinking Humble might even get to be the only 2 turn cooldown miracle though, so I've got that to throw in too if needed to put it in line with the others.
