Reviving cut kind of weak?

Reviving cut seems a little weak esp for a main starting skill. It regens for 4-5 turns, 1-2 hp per tick. (does magic affect regen rate?)

It also costs 20 sp which is pretty expensive compared to how little it heals. It seems very weak compared to soothing cut or Regen which lasts an eternity. Not to mention that the cut can miss.

If it was cheaper or lasted a little longer I'd feel like it was a decent skill.

Hmm... I see your point. Presently, Reviving Cut's cost is based on being a melee attack + 1/2 buff... but Regen as a 1/2 buff is pretty wimpy, so I re-calced as being based on a heal instead, which drops the SP cost from 20 to 15. This will be in the next build. :) Thanks for the feedback and suggestion. :D

(P.S.: Magic doesn't affect Regen rate, but the target's MaxHP is a significant factor. At higher levels or on higher Vitality targets, you will see better results. Note that the maxHP you can drain from enemies with certain abilities also counts for the calcuation. :D )
