Luck cools down normally, but the amount you actually get when triggered is heavily randomized. If an ability lists Luck: 3, you may get anywhere from 0 to 6 each time you use it.
Light and Dark are... normally... shared: Getting 3 Light also gives 3 Dark, for example. However, a certain passive removes this issue.
Endure, you already know.
Soul, a cooldown being added in the next build, cools down 1 point for every 10% of a level you gain. It is being added to accommodate a certain ability possessed by the Phoenix.
Other than that, cooldowns behave normally, though they still vary in the types of abilities they are found on.
