That's... weird! The AI isn't really run-dependent... if it has somehow become so, I'm going to start worrying it's turning into SkyNet, because I actually don't save out most AI related variables (one of many things I do to try and speed up saving the game, since roguelikes save often.) Only thing I save out is stuff like kill command status, who the leader is, etc.
I'll still investigate, but always happy to know a bug is less common.
