Flashing Information Boxes

And when I say 'Flashing' I mean they appear and disappear rapidly while hovering the cursor over, say, abilities.

This may very well just be some silliness on my end having to do with using a mouse and touchpad at the same time, though.

Hmm.. yeah, I definitely don't see that when I hover over abilities. I don't have a touchpad to attempt replication with, unfortunately, but I'll see if anything jumps out at me in the code.
